Privacy and contact
The project brief builder keeps a draft in your browser. When you choose Save brief & continue, your contact details and project answers are saved to our protected database so Markice Moore can review and fulfill your project. Inquiry forms also save the details you submit. Only the authorized owner can access the sales dashboard. Clear local drafts through your browser’s site-data settings.
Payments and project materials
Stripe processes checkout information and payments under its own privacy practices. Pitch Right receives the order information needed to confirm payment and fulfill your service. Do not include card details in your brief or email.
Information you submit through our forms and materials you email to markicemooreinc@gmail.com are used to discuss and deliver your project. Contact that address with access or deletion requests. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or other applicable requirements.
Campaign references
When you arrive through a tagged campaign link, the site temporarily stores the campaign label in browser session storage and saves it alongside your inquiry or brief; a project reference is passed to Stripe checkout to help identify where an order came from. These labels are not intended to contain names, email addresses, or other personal information.
Submitting a project inquiry authorizes replies about that project; it does not enroll you in a marketing newsletter. We also retain payment confirmations, refund totals, internal project notes, and follow-up dates to operate the service. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or no further contact.
Your story
You retain ownership of your underlying project. Sending project materials does not authorize us to publish them as portfolio examples. Contact us to discuss any proposed public use.
